Operations
Phillip keeps the operational side of the business running well. He manages internal processes, contracts, and the day-to-day structure that lets the rest of the team stay focused on client work. He has a straightforward approach to building systems that hold up over time and a strong sense for what actually needs to be in place and what just adds noise.
Finance
David brings clear financial thinking to everything we do. He keeps the numbers honest at the company level and brings that same discipline to client engagements where financial clarity matters. He is as comfortable sketching out a business model as he is in the detail work behind it.
Growth
Jeremiah leads our growth and client relationships. He speaks both the business language and the technical language fluently, which makes him effective at translating between the two during discovery and throughout an engagement. He stays involved well past the initial conversation and is often the first call when a client needs to think through something new.
Engineering
Nathan builds the core systems. He started working on a project that grew into the approach Oak Street Solutions now uses and became the foundation for the team's first pilot engagement together. He brings experience across data engineering, backend development, and infrastructure, and is involved from the first technical conversation through deployment and beyond. He believes good software should be boring in the best possible sense: reliable, maintainable, and out of the way.
